How do I get Bcredits?

You get Bcredits solely by booking a stay directly with Boscolo Hotels, either on the web with the Boscolo booking engine, by telephone on +390498287789 or by e-mail to bclub@boscolo.com. You get a point for every €50 you spend as shown on the invoice at the moment when you check out.

I’ve made a reservation but I can’t see my points yet. How come?

The points are calculated with effect from 72 hours after check-out. They’re not visible beforehand.

I’ve booked through sites which are external to Boscolo Hotels, such as Expedia, Booking, etc. Do I get the points?

Unfortunately not.

Can I request points for any stays I made before becoming a member?

Unfortunately not.

How do I know if my membership is active?

Your membership is active from the moment in which you receive an e-mail from Bclub confirming this or the personal membership card.

Do my points expire?
